WeaveinIndia is the story of hand woven fabrics being crafted beautifully into the sari to the liking of a contemporary Indian woman. We believe in weaving tales and crafting them into garments for a sustainable step forward in the realm of fashion.

  1. Is it necessary to create an account with WeaveinIndia to purchase a product?

You can shop as a GUEST with us. By creating an account you will be able to shop WeaveinIndia, be up to date on an order's status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made and also create a wish list of the products you have shortlisted.

  1. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?

It is simple. Just click on the “Forgot your password” option in the login page, enter the email id associated with your account. Click on submit to have your password e-mailed to you.

  1. How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to updates from WeaveinIndia?

Please subscribe to our newsletter option via the pop up which appears when you visit our website or create a customer account with us.

In case you wish to opt out from getting updates, you can contact our support team or simply click on “unsubscribe” at the end of the mailer you receive from us.

  1. Are the products displayed on the website authentic?

All products sold on this website are made from pure fabrics and are 100% genuine. Every product you see on the website is the result of skilled craftsmanship and years of experience by our weavers and artisans.

  1. I have queries regarding the saree I have selected, how do I know more about the same?

If you would like to know about the fabric/weave/pattern of a saree in detail, please go through the product description on our website.   1. Do you also have a physical store?

Yes we do have our store at Alwarpet, Chennai. Please visit us if you’re ever in the city!

  1. What are the payment options available?

As of now, we offer payment by credit card, debit card, net banking and UPI.

  1. Is it safe to pay online?

Yes, the website uses a reliable, secure payment gateway used across many popular websites in India. You can be completely assured of a safe online transaction.

  1. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship products worldwide.

  1. When can I expect to receive my purchased products?

Products are dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving the order through reliable logistics partners. A tracking number is shared with the customer via order confirmation email giving them the option to track the status of their order. It usually takes 7-10 working days for an order to be delivered within the country. International orders require varied shipping times which will be informed to the customer upon purchase.

  1. What is your returns and refund policy?

                  Unfortunately, we do not encourage exchanges/returns. We assure you that we are always here to answer any query you might have before placing an order.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. WeaveinIndia reserves the sole discretion to process a return or to reject it. For more information please visit our Terms and Conditions page.

  1. Do the prices on the website include taxes?

Prices visible on the website are inclusive of tax. On international shipments, customs and import duty charges are applicable extra for the product purchased, if any.

  1. What if a product I like is sold out?

The products displayed on the website are one of a kind. However, in case the product you like is sold out, do drop us your request through any of the channels mentioned and our internal team would get back to you at the earliest.
