RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
In the rare event you want to return or exchange a WII product mail us at enquiry@weaveinindia.com your query siting the reason for your product return. WeaveinIndia reserves the sole discretion to process a return or to reject it.
WeaveinIndia uses reputed courier systems to process its orders, although it does not take responsibility for any damages caused during transit.
Customer shall intimate WeaveinIndia at the above mentioned Email address within 24 hours of delivery. Product shall be in the state as delivered with price tags intact and invoice must be produced.

SHIPPING TIME
Orders will be processed immediately after payment has been completed. Orders will take up to 10 working days to reach destinations within India and more for remote locations. International orders require varied shipping times which will be informed to the customer upon purchase.

CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS
Orders that require custom making/ curation will not hold a 10-day delivery assurance. Every order is unique and poses varied creative challenges to overcome to bring to completion. Customer shall be informed at time of payment the anticipated duration of time for its delivery.
